Birmingham City University (BCU) is delighted to be appointed as a TASS delivery centre. BCU Sports’ move to the Alexander Stadium is enabling us to provide world class facilities and support to high performing student athletes. As the only University sport department based in a professional stadium in the UK we are fortunate to be able to maximise this opportunity by providing outstanding performance support in all areas. Whether it is testing in one of our three sports science labs, strength and conditioning in one of our two performance gyms, nutrition in our custom designed nutrition kitchen, medical in one of our three sports clinics, sport psych or lifestyle we are well equipped to deliver a customised and person focussed programme. The team of professional staff have extensive experience across TASS, high performance sport and further education environments which enables them to manage, support and develop student athletes whatever their goals.
