TASS support is provided directly to athletes at over 40 delivery sites across the UK.
What are TASS Delivery Sites?
TASS Delivery Sites (TDS) are specialist sports facilities across the UK, where talented athletes connect with expert practitioners and essential resources
TDSs are spread across the UK and athletes are assigned to one based on proximity. Each site has a TASS Lead who serves as the athlete’s main point of contact, ensuring they make the most of their support network.
Your TDS is where you will meet performance sport experts in strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, performance nutrition, sports psychology and personal development.
These practitioners work together and with you to deliver holistic support, helping you excel both in sport and in life.

What is a TDS?
TDS stands for TASS Delivery Site. There are 43 delivery sites across the country and each TASS athlete is assigned to one at the start of the TASS year.
What is a TDS lead?
Each Delivery Site has a TDS Lead, this is the go-to person for any centre-specific questions related to TASS.
How do I contact my practitioners?
You will be introduced to your practitioners at your TASS Induction. If you cannot attend the induction, or did not get practitioner contact details, your TDS lead will be able to supply these.
What support is available if I live a long distance from my TASS Delivery Site?
All TASS services are available to you regardless of how far you live from your delivery site. It may be that it is easier for you to access these remotely rather than in person.
